- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆First they insure a vehicle on my policy for well over 6 months which is not titled in my name, then they come back months later and tell me I "don't have an insurable interest" on the vehicle and that they not only refuse to insure it in my name...they refuse to reimburse me for a vehicle they claim wasn't covered during the time they had it on my policy and was PAYING for it. One of three things is going to happen here 1) I'm going to sue, 2) I'm going to get in contact with the BBB or 3) they're going to find it in their best interest to just give me my money back! Someone needs to read up on Illinois case law regarding automobiles and insurable interests!By Cassandra Hirth, July 21, 2017

Edit*** 12/9 I have recently purchased a new vehicle and this location is always prompt on making sure I am up to speed with changing my information over as well as making sure that I have the best policy for my needs at a reasonable price. Others I called in the area just emailed me a price and provided no explanation to what the coverage would be. They were kind, informative, and quick. Very happy I switched.
